Scars of Freedom
Teaser
The two tribes of the Ethire Plains have held a grudge against each other for centuries. They no longer do business with each other, though the background of the grudge has been long lost, and erroneous misconceptions have been formed as to both the habits and appearances of the other tribe.
But when a young warrior-to-be of the Valghái and a maiden of the Athágè meet unexpectedly, they are taken by one of the Blazepyre to the dark kingdom-prison of Khulthos, a land surrounded by black mountains, covered with black clouds, and poisoned with despair by the necromancer Sikos Exthros, Lord of Evil of the continent and one of the most powerful warriors in the world.
Imprisoned, attacked by despair, one will falter, and one will rise. They begin a trek up the side of a split mountain to hopefully escape the desolate plains, but will they succeed in their quest? Or will the Blazepyre, searching for their elusive prisoners, take them and condemn them to the burning death of the Flamepit?
They have one hope. Esheraah, Creator of the Universe.
